Items purchased online are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only. We do not offer refunds at this time. All items must be in their original packaging and condition, unworn or unused to be eligible for return.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on sale items, promotion purchases (purchases with a discount code), undergarments, swimwear, jewelry, candles, apothecary and paper goods.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@euspira.ca. We can not accept any claims for damaged or missing items after 7 days past delivery.

IN STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Any items purchased in-store are eligible for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase date. The item(s) must be returned in original condition, unworn, with tags still attached. All sale item purchases are a final sale.

RETURN SHIPPING

Shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for any shipping costs for return and exchanges. This includes orders with free shipping.We recommend sending returned packages via a reliable carrier with tracking and the full amount insurance, as we are not responsible for missing packages. We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
